What is a concept, and why do I want more?
A concept is an original design idea created by a FirePenguin graphic designer. Each concept is customized to your business based on the responses from your questionnaire and feedback. The more concepts you have, the more choices you have. After you view your initial concepts, you choose one to refine. Through our revision process, you tweak your initial concept into a polished final logo/website.
What are revisions, and why do I want more?
A revision is the FirePenguin process where you give your feedback on your initial concepts, and we work hard to deliver exactly what you want.
Maybe you want to see a different color or font, or maybe you want to experiment with a different style. You can continue to alter and polish your logo until it's exactly the way you want it to look.
Your Personal Account Manager is there to assist you during the revisions process. So if you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help. Your feedback in the revisions process is essential to polishing and refining your logo.
We want to give you the flexibility to make the changes you want, so if you order a package with unlimited revisions, we'll patiently take as long as it takes. That's right. We won't tire and will treat you with the same freshness and attentiveness as in the first revision and we'll keep working diligently until you have a logo you are thrilled with. |
